Jezebel® Returns/Claims

Jezebel, Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Our hand crafted and custom made glass lighting, furniture and accessories are made in the USA. If you have any questions about our return policy, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to work with you. 
  1. All claims must be made within 30 days.
  2. Contact your retailer for an RGA number.
  3. Do not throw away your packing material.
  4. Repack your product in the same package in which it arrived.
  5. Canceled orders and buyer's remorse claims are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges, except where warranty applies.
  6. No returns on discounted items, custom designed glass or iron work.
  7. No returns on products modified or installed.
  8. You waive the right to dispute your purchase for any reason except credit card fraud.
  9. Design Deposits are not refundable. The cost is deducted from the final invoice upon completion of purchase.
  10. All samples are not returnable.
  11. Broker Fees and International Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
